Aidan got his start at a young age working in Seattle, recording and producing tracks out of his parents garage. That was followed by brief DJ’ing gigs and partnering with Venues perform concerts with local acts. He ultimately landed in Los Angeles, attending Icon Collective, growing his music techniques. “From the beginning, I realized this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.”, Aidan exclaims. He applied the technical groundwork that Icon provided and landed an internship in Los Angeles at a premiere mixing facility; Fab Factory Studios. This is where the great mixing legend Dave Pensado had his studio. Aidan aimed to become one of the best, he started at the bottom. “I was cleaning bathrooms, fluffing pillows and getting food for clients.” says Aidan. “It was a humbling experience but you cannot cheat the process.” Aidan had the patience, persistence, and diligence, working hard to learn everything about the craft. Aidan’s work didn't go un-noticed. Dave Pensado took Aidan under his wing. Choosing him to be his assistant at Fab Factory Studios. It was here that Aidan studied under a master developed his ear and skills. Aidan transformed a simple internship opportunity into a fulfilling and successful career with no limit in sight. Aidan took a chance, building his own studio at Apex Arts Studios, where he formed a collaborative friendship with the owner and Recording Academy member; Shana Ballard. Soon thereafter, he started working with Leandro Hidalgo (DRO); Grammy Award winning mixing engineer, producer. Under DRO’s mentorship, Aidan transformed into an esteemed engineer. “He taught me how to perfect my art and expanded my skills; most importantly, he’s become a great friend.” Aidan quotes. DRO’s past work with artists from Africa and Europe positioned Aidan to record, mix, and assist on top-tier music from around the globe. Aidan’s passion for global music provided him the opportunity to contribute to 3 Grammy-nominated records, songs in the Billboard Hot 100, BET nominated tracks and music for the box office hit Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. Aidan’s body of work includes music with industry giants such as Wizkid, Don Toliver, Metro Boomin, Tyla, Cory Henry, Davido, Chris Brown, Ayra Starr, Patoranking, Trippie Redd, G-Eazy, Marc E. Bassy, among many others.
